PAYMENT
We process online transactions securely with credit cards, or through PayPal. It's safe and no fees are included. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding your transaction. SHIPPING
**Please have in mind that there might be delays with shipping times considering the current covid-19 situation.**
If we have your desired product in stock we will ship it as soon as possible, if we don't it will take us between 1 week - 4 weeks to have it packed & ready for shipping. Please understand that working with ceramics takes time, it's important for us that you will get your product as perfect as we want it to be!
We ship items worldwide with registered mail, once your order is leaving our studio we will provide you with a tracking number. International standard shipping takes about 10-14 business days. Express shipping is also available worldwide, the estimated time of delivery is 4-10 business days, please mark this option when checking out.
Duty/Import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
EXCHANGES, RETURNS, DAMAGED GOODS
The items leave our studio in a perfect state and are shipped with protective packaging. However, damage can occur while in shipment. We will accept returns for damaged goods and replace them. We need to receive photos of the damaged items and packaging via email within 48 hours of delivery as proof. If for any other reason you are not satisfied with the product please contact us. You may replace it within 14 business days.
If an item is returned to us after it was already shipped we do not issue refunds. If an item is returned to us after it was already shipped and we are asked to ship it again, the shipping costs will be paid by the customer, even if the item was originally purchased with free shipping.
A 5% transaction fee will be excluded from a refund, even if the order wasn't shipped yet.
** An Invoice\receipt is required for any exchange or return request.

Our products are available in different design shops and museum shops around the world, you are welcome to contact us for your nearest shop. If you are visiting Tel-Aviv we invite you to schedule a visit at our studio.
