FAQ

Are the products available in stock?
Most items are available in stock and are shipped on the next business day.
Items that are not in stock are handmade to order and may require 1–4 weeks of preparation.

Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to Israel and most countries worldwide.
Shipments to the United States are sent DDP, with no customs payments required from the customer.

What are the delivery times?
Domestic shipping within Israel: 1–5 business days, not including the day of shipment.
For same-day express delivery in the Tel Aviv area, please contact us for availability and pricing.
Standard international shipping: approximately 10–14 business days.
Express international shipping: approximately 4–10 business days.
A tracking number will be provided once the order is shipped.


Are there any additional costs such as customs or taxes?
All prices on this website include VAT as required by Israeli law.

Duty and import taxes for countries other than Israel are the responsibility of the customer.
For the United States, there are no additional charges, as we ship DDP and pay all import taxes and duties on your behalf.
 

Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 business days, provided the item is new, unused, and in its original packaging.

An invoice or receipt is required. Please contact us for further details.

What are the costs for returns and exchanges?
Return shipping within Israel: 30 ILS.
Exchange (reshipment) shipping within Israel: 50 ILS.
Returns or exchanges at the studio: free of charge, by appointment.
International returns must be arranged and paid for by the customer.

We do not provide return labels.

Are shipping fees and taxes refundable?
No. Shipping fees, import taxes, TARIFF charges, or customs fees (including DDP duties paid by us for U.S. shipments) are non-refundable.

What should I do if the item arrived damaged?
Please send photos of the item and its packaging within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
Once approved, a replacement item will be sent.

How can I make a payment? Can I pay by phone or via Bit?
Payments on the website are processed securely by entering credit card details or using PayPal.

How do I pay with American Express?
By contacting us via the website chat, email, or WhatsApp. The payment will be processed manually.

Are custom-made items returnable?
No. Custom-made items cannot be canceled or returned, except in the case of damage upon arrival.

Do you accept custom orders?
Yes. We specialize in fully custom and personalized creations.
In our studio, we produce our own clay, glazes, and colors, and design and model everything from start to finish - allowing us to create almost anything you can imagine.
You can personalize an existing design or request a completely new one.
Names, dates, and personal dedications can be added in a variety of techniques.

Do you create branded gifts for employees or clients?
Yes. We create high-end, fully handmade branded gifts for companies, organizations, premium clients, investors, and employees.
Everything is produced by hand here in our studio - from the clay formulation and design to modeling, glazing, and finishing - ensuring a unique, impressive, and fully customized result of the highest quality.
Existing items can be branded, or we can develop a custom model for your company or event.
