These Terms apply to the studio and its activities on the website.
Wherever the name “Yahalomis” appears in this document, it refers to the business entity operating the website and its commercial activities. The following are the terms of use and purchase on the website.
1. General
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Yahalomis website and all purchases made through it.
Placing an order constitutes confirmation that the customer has read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
2. Payments
Payments may be made securely online using credit cards or PayPal.
American Express is not accepted through the website; however, customers may pay with American Express by contacting us directly via email, chat on the website, or WhatsApp. We will process the payment manually.

3. Prices, Taxes, and Duties
Domestic Orders (Israel) - Prices include Israeli VAT, as required by law.
International Orders - Prices do not include local taxes, import duties, VAT in the destination country, or customs clearance fees, unless otherwise stated.
DDP Shipments (USA Only) - Yahalomis ships DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) exclusively to the United States.
For DDP shipments, Yahalomis pays all U.S. import duties, taxes, VAT, TARIFF fees, and customs clearance charges on behalf of the customer. These amounts are non-refundable if the customer chooses to return the item.
For all other countries (including Europe, Canada, Australia, and the UK) - All import duties, taxes, VAT, and clearance fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Most items are available in stock and ready to ship, and orders typically ship the next business day.
Items that are not in stock are handmade to order and may require 1–4 weeks for preparation.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard international shipping: approximately 10–14 business days
- Express international shipping: approximately 4–10 business days
A tracking number will be provided once the order has been dispatched.
Delivery times may vary due to customs inspections, carrier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.
5. Damaged Goods
All items leave our studio in perfect condition and are packaged with care.
If an item arrives damaged, the customer must send photos of both the item and its packaging within 48 hours of delivery.
Upon review and approval, a replacement will be sent.
6. Returns and Exchanges
A request for a return or exchange may be submitted within 14 business days of delivery.
Only unused items, in perfect condition and in their original packaging, will be accepted.
An invoice or receipt is required.
Return & Exchange Shipping Costs
- Return shipping price in Israel: 30 ILS
- Exchange (reshipment) shipping price in Israel: 50 ILS
- Return & Exchange in Israel can be also made in the studio with no additional costs, by scheduling in advance.
- International Returns or exchanges will be arranged and paid by the customer. We do not provide return labels.
Refund Policy
Refunds apply to the item price only, after the returned product is received and approved.
The following costs are non-refundable:
- Original shipping fees
- Import duties, taxes, VAT, or TARIFF fees paid by Yahalomis for DDP shipments to the USA
- A 5% payment processing fee (applies to all refunds, including unshipped orders)
Reshipping After a Return
If an item is returned and the customer requests it to be shipped again, the new shipping cost must be paid by the customer, even if the original shipment was free.
7. Custom Orders
Custom orders are handmade according to the customer’s request.
Custom items cannot be returned or canceled, except in cases of damage upon arrival.

Each item is packaged securely to ensure safe delivery.
Gift wrapping and a handwritten card can be added upon request at no extra charge.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Tel Aviv, Israel.
12. Limitation of Liability
Yahalomis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including shipping delays, customs delays, tax issues, or loss of business value.
Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the order placed.
13. Force Majeure
Yahalomis shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to fulfill obligations caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, wars, pandemics, or governmental restrictions.
14. Privacy and Data Protection
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Use of the website constitutes acceptance of the terms described therein.
15. Changes to Terms
Yahalomis reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
Updates will take effect immediately upon posting on the website.
